Sleep seems to not be my friend lately.

Missing yesterday was foreseen.
I haven't been on the computer since my last post.
On to the more important stuff.

My pain.
My left calf and right shoulder muscles are in pain.
Bad, bad, bad pain.

I have a limp.
I do not like it.

The shoulder is because I have been unable to tell myself that going to bed in my own room is a good idea.
I just crash in random places.
Usually the couch.
Sometimes the floor.
Sometimes in a chair.
Usually the couch.

I fell asleep on the couch a few nights ago and woke up at 1am.
I thought nothing of my odd sleeping position on the couch.
I went to my bed.
Woke up to go to school.
Could not raise my right arm.
Joy.
Being a right-handed person, this disability is oh so enjoyable.
My other shoulder is starting to hurt now, too.
Probably from the stress.

My leg pain is much more interesting.
Or should I say embarrassing?

I wanted to dance.
I am not a good dancer.
Well, that is debatable.
I don't think I am a good dancer.
But I enjoy dancing.
What is the harm?
Well, apparently there is some...
Either way...

I was lying on the couch as any teenager does
This idea to start dancing hit me.
The urge was irresistible.
And on top of being a bad dancer, I never stretch.
Well, I rarely stretch.

That night?
Oh, that night I stretched.
And got a leg cramp.
I fell off the couch and landed on the floor.
No thump.
It was pretty quiet.
I was in pain though.
The cramp in my leg was still attacking my dancing soul.

Before I even started to dance, my leg was messed up.
I walked off the cramp.
And began my epic dancing.
And my epic, I mean...
Let's just say it is a sight to see.

I woke up the next morning.
Limping.
Crippled.
In pain.
Embarrassed.

Nobody knows why my leg hurts.
Or my shoulder.
Well, except you.

It was rainy outside today.
Not raining, but rainy.
Hopefully it will clear up soon.

Keep Floatin'
